1. use rocker to play/pause
2. turn rocker to scrub through audio
3. the tape reel moves with playback

scrubbing:
- turn slowly for fine control
- turn quickly for fast forward/rewind
- visual feedback from reel

cue points:
- set markers for navigation
- jump between sections
